I found this post; and found the part about Clinton paving the way for lax obsenity laws, before Bush got his scruffy hands on our society.

Further investigation lead me to this link, where I found this information: "Our efforts were to no avail. During the first six years of the Clinton administration, federal obscenity law enforcement declined by over eighty percent. In fiscal year 1997, there were only six prosecutions in which the lead charge was a violation of federal obscenity laws. In fiscal year 1998, the number was eight."

The same link also goes on to have a quote that admits the porn industries admission to the idea that the easy ride was over as Clinton left the Presidential administration.

But I suppose you can't expect a President who's [almost] entire media covering was about his sexual happenings with a women besides his wife.
