The wrong idea of sex

I found the subject of the misconceptions given to children through viewing porn to be very interesting. It made me wonder why children are turning to porn for their sex education. I came up with a few possible explanations: 1. Parents are replying to heavily on television to be the new  teachers to the current generation. This means, figuring they have seen the X-rated scenes on the multitude of channels their current satellite provider offers. Therefore not having to answer the age of question of "Mommy/Daddy, where do babies come from?" 2. Children are exposed to more at a younger age,  and becoming "mini adults" sooner. "Mini-adults" including the interest in sex, therefore requiring the knowledge before society is ready to provide it, and therefore they seek it on their own time. 3. The advancements in technology have made children more knowledgeable and information more accessible. Wherein as soon as a child learns how to "google" and their hormones begin to bubble, internet porn is the easiest answer to the tough questions they would have had to ask their parents.
